Hi, I'm Jamie.

I use an integrative approach, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS and IFIO), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and mindfulness, tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you're working through emotional challenges, seeking balance, or simply trying to make sense of life’s complexities, I’m here to support you.
