At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the capacity for positive change. I am especially passionate about supporting women in making sense of their experiences, particularly during pivotal moments like pregnancy, motherhood, personal transitions, and relational challenges. Understanding how life experiences shape emotions and ways of being allows us to uncover the tools needed to create balance, fulfillment, and meaningful change that lasts. Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps individuals and couples understand and harmonize the different parts of themselves, promoting self-compassion and clarity. Psychodynamic psychotherapy provides insight into how past experiences influence present behaviors and feelings, offering a path toward healing. Mindfulness practices encourage grounding and presence, helping to reduce stress and foster emotional well-being.
