Jamie Albert Therapy is a private therapy practice that operates on an integrative framework, providing individual, family and couple’s therapy with a focus transitions through life stages, perinatal and maternal mental health. My approach is informed through a variety of therapeutic integrative techniques, including internal family systems for individuals and couples (IFS and IFIO), psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, and the belief that all people are capable of making positive change. I have a strong understanding of personal development and believe that early experiences allow us to help make sense of our feelings and how they impact our overall functioning. I am here to partner with you in order to help create balance, fulfillment and lasting change from the inside out.
